If you have anything to do with Real Estate markets, you would perhaps be feeling the heat (of oversupply) at the moment.
Some people are finding it hard to tackle the over supply position in Dubai's real estate markets but for Facility Management companies it's an excellent time to change the direction, improvise, leverage technology and become a better partner for the real estate development community.
In this video I share my thoughts on how #FacilitiesManagement companies can really turn the situation into an excellent opportunity by going big on Technology and Data investments. Transformation does not happen overnight, if one does not start now, it is less likely that they will be in the reckoning in the future.
